  • For France: We deliver in 2 to 5 working days with our partner La Poste (possibility under 24H with Chronopost)
  • For Switzerland: 3 to 7 days with Swiss Post
  • For Belgium: 4 to 7 days with Bpost (possibility 48–72h with Chronopost)

We ship from our warehouse in France, and outside of France we are only working with local premium delivery partners.

The size of our package is small enough to be dropped in your mailbox. We deliver in reinforced envelopes size 11×16 cm.

We ship from our warehouse located in Île‑de‑France, France, and send globally in DDP (Duty Delivery Paid). Therefore, orders to the UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Australia, and the EU are NOT subject to customs fees.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have up to 30 days to request a size change. Simply send us an email at support@kossdesign.com with your desired size. We guarantee a response within 24 hours, as your satisfaction is our priority.

On receipt of your order, you have 30 days to change your mind. If you do not like the jewelry, you can either request a voucher or request a refund by contacting us at support@kossdesign.com. Your satisfaction is our priority.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The jewelry surely got damaged during transport! We invite you to take a picture clearly showing the damaged jewelry and send it to us at support@kossdesign.com.

If the team validates the request, we will send you new jewelry free of charge.

On receipt of your order, you have 30 days to change your mind. If you do not like the jewelry, you can either request a voucher or request a refund by contacting us at support@kossdesign.com. Your satisfaction is our priority.

PAYMENT

Our site is 100% secure. We protect your data with an HTTPS server with an SSL certificate (green padlock on the left of the URL). Most sites only secure bank transactions and everything related to order processing. On KossDesign, your data transfer and login information is secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software. Finally, when it comes to payment, we use PayPal, Stripe, and Mollie — the leading references in online transaction security. So you can shop on our store without any worry.

You can make purchases with your credit card, or via your PayPal account. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.

You can also pay in 3 installments without charge with our partner Klarna.

We exclusively use authentic beads from Japan. All our beads are Miyuki certified, ensuring their authenticity and Japanese origin.

Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a satin pouch, accompanied by a thank‑you card from Koss Design.
