Hello, we're Tom and Janine, the founders of Koss Design. Since 2020, we have built Koss Design - a jewellery brand with French roots - around one obsession: the finest glass beads in the world, made by MIYUKI in Japan.

A letter from us
How two people with a marketing career ended up threading beads.
After many years working in marketing, we decided to dedicate ourselves to what mattered most to us: creating unique jewellery that celebrates femininity and enhances every woman's natural elegance.
We named the brand after the Norwegian word Køs - those precious moments of comfort and harmony when everything feels perfectly in place. That is exactly how we want our jewellery to feel: light, joyful and easy to wear every single day.
Most of our pieces are designed in Paris, and all of them are crafted entirely by hand. We choose flat Japanese beads instead of traditional round ones, because their shape creates a modern, refined look you won't find anywhere else. And we produce in small batches, with exclusive colour combinations - so every collection stays special.
Today, more than 150,000 customers wear Koss Design, and our pieces are stocked by over 50 boutiques in France and internationally. We still read your messages every day, and we still get excited about every new colour.

Are these real MIYUKI beads?
Yes. We work exclusively with authentic, certified Japanese MIYUKI beads - far from the low-quality imitations often found online.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You have 30 days to request a size exchange. Just email us at support@kossdesign.com with the size you need - we reply within 24 hours.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every piece is quality-checked before it ships. If anything arrives damaged, simply send us a photo at support@kossdesign.com and we'll take care of it.
Where do orders ship from?
Every order ships from France with full tracking, and arrives in our signature satin pouch.
Are they hypoallergenic?
Yes. Authentic MIYUKI glass beads are naturally hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
Can I wear them in the shower?
MIYUKI glass beads are water-resistant, but we recommend removing your bracelets before showering, swimming or sleeping. This preserves the elastic and keeps your pieces looking new for much longer.
